Snapshots from Saturday

I have lots of random photos from our fun and busy Saturday. The boys were so excited to go pick up their stuffed animals from the library. (They had a stuffed animal sleep over at our local library.)When we got there they were still sleeping. It seems they had a very exciting night. The librarians captured pics of the animals eating pizza, playing video games, and even climbing in the book drop.
My guys thought the pics were hilarious. Sawyer said, "Now I know when my stuffed animals aren't in my bed, they climbed out by themselves." He totally thinks they wake up when we go to sleep.

I mentioned in my last post that I have been missing our baby this week. I woke again this morning with a burden to pray for her. I have no idea what may be going on in her life right now. All I know is that I have an uneasy feeling until I pray for her. Then the uneasiness is replaced with peace. Today when I checked the mail I had a package from my friend Meredith M.
We did a shirt swap a few weeks ago and my shirt arrived today. I love it! It could not have come at a more perfect time. My favorite part is the little heart button on Ethiopia, because we all know that a piece of my heart is in Ethiopia.

Speaking of a peace of my heart, my Sawyer had his first t-ball game today.
I had to snap a few pics of my favorite ball player and my favorite coach before the game.
Here they are talking strategy before the game.
Could he be any cuter? He had an awesome first game. He got two hits without the tee and had so much fun.

After the game we went to see my cousin and snap a few pics of her before her senior prom.
Isn't she gorgeous? Sawyer thought she looked like a princess. Jax was too busy rolling down the hill to take a picture with his pretty cousin. Justin also took her senior pics this week. I will post those soon.
Well, this was our Saturday. We have big plans for Sunday too, so it is time for me to get to bed.

  1. sawyer is just like his aunt jessica. i TOTALLY thought my stuffed animals came alive after i fell asleep. and that was before any kind of toy story movie came out. sometimes i would wake up in the middle of the night and lay perfectly still with one eye open to see if i could catch them. just saying...

and can i just say i love the idea of a stuffed animal sleepover at the library. brilliant!
