Meet Jessica and Phoebe

I want to tell you about my friend Jessica. She recently moved from Louisiana to Haiti to start a medical and birthing clinic. As if that isn't enough she also recently became the legal guardian of a beautiful little girl named Phoebe. It is so wonderful how God put these two together.
